It was noted that an investigation was launched under two articles of the Criminal Code: violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438) and ecocide (Article 441).
Currently, investigators of the Security Service, together with employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Office of the Prosecutor General, are conducting priority investigative and procedural actions in the Kherson region.
