This was announced today, June 5, by the press service of the department.
The shelter was equipped in a forest belt on the territory of the Veliko Burluksky district. Weapons with a total weight of more than 10 tons were found in it:
- anti-tank grenades;
- various mines;
- grenade launchers;
- high-explosive fragmentation charges;
- boxes with cartridges of different calibers;
- cluster munitions.
In addition, the Rashists left an anti-tank guided missile and a ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun in the forest belt,” the DBR notes.
According to operational information, the discovered weapons belonged to the motorized rifle regiment of the 11th army corps of the Russian coastal troops.
All weapons have been confiscated by the DBR and are being prepared for transfer to one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Ukrainian defenders say, symbolically, that the weapons with which the occupiers came to our land will be used against them, the DBR notes.
