All units are trained at the Russian University of Special Forces . They are equipped with the latest technology, trained, armed with no problem and ready to do anything,” Kadyrov said.
Kadyrov added that his fighters “with military and antiterrorist experience” are ready to carry out any order of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Earlier, Ramzan Kadyrov responded to the UAV attack on Moscow, promising “revenge in the full sense of the word.”
