The MTR said that they asked the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Budanov, to facilitate the departure of Trubitsyn and four other people as volunteers of the Rodnaya Obolon charitable foundation to provide the MTR with “special equipment.”
They don’t say which ones exactly, because it is an “official secret”.
The purpose of this appeal is to travel abroad Vladislav Trubitsyn as a representative of the charitable foundation “Ridna Obolon” and four other people, also from this foundation. The trip required him and a group of people to perform a special task of providing MTR with special equipment. Unfortunately, the nature of the task cannot be disclosed, as it contains data constituting an official secret, – said the representative of the MTR in response to a request from Radio Liberty.
It is extremely negative – this is how the MTR treats the fact that Trubitsyn took advantage of such a pretext during the war for his own personal purposes and did not return to Ukraine to be in court.
Schemes were able to obtain this document from their sources. There – Trubitsyn and other people received permission to leave for a long time – from January 28 to May 25, 2023. But during this period, the deputy left only once and did not return – on the evening of May 13. Since that time, he does not appear at court hearings and does not get in touch.
Recall that Trubitsyna and five other people from NABU and SAPO are accused of receiving a bribe of UAH 1.39 million for assistance in organizing retail trade in the capital. On May 13, 2023, the deputy went abroad in the direction of Poland with the permission of the chairman of the GNSU Deineka on the basis of a letter from the head of the GUR Budanov.
