Anton Yefimov, head of the Desnyansky district prosecutor’s office in Kyiv, said in a commentary for Obshchestvennoye that a medical examination of the guard showed that he was sober. The police are carrying out priority investigative actions and find out the involvement of each of the four people in the tragic event.
In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine is investigating a crime under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the RF laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.
Recall that on the night of June 1, 2023, during a rocket attack by Russian invaders in the capital, three people were killed, including a child born in 2013. The people of Kiev tried to get to the shelter of the polyclinic in the Desnyansky district, but the door was closed.
