The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine commented on the information recently published in the media that the deputy of the Kyiv City Council Vladislav Trubitsyn, accused in the case of bribery, who had already twice failed to attend the meeting of the High Anti-Corruption Court, was able to travel abroad in May thanks to a letter signed by the head GUR Kirill Budanov.

This is reported by the publication “Radio Liberty” with reference to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate Andrei Yusov.
Such a letter was issued at the request of another structure of the sector of the security and defense forces of Ukraine in the framework of interagency cooperation with this structure and at their official request. While I cannot name this structure, perhaps this information can be made public later,” Yusov noted.
Recall, according to the Radio Liberty project “Schemes”, Trubitsyn left Ukraine at about 19.00 on May 13 in the direction of Poland through the Rava-Russkaya checkpoint in his own Mercedes S 600 car.
