The Cabinet of Ministers supported the draft presidential decree appointing Oleg Kiper as the head of the Odessa OVA. This was reported by the government’s Telegram channel.
Previously, the position of head of Odesa OVA was held by Maxim Marchenko, who headed the executive body from March 1, 2022. On March 14, 2023, the government agreed to expel Marchenko from the post.
