At the Polish-Belarusian border, trucks from Russia and Belarus will be stopped from June 1 until further notice.
From June 1, Poland introduced a ban on the entry of trucks registered in Belarus and Russia from the territory of Belarus. This was announced on Monday May 29 by the Polish Ministry of the Interior.
“Poland from June 1 will suspend cargo traffic for trucks and trailers registered in Russia and Belarus, trying to cross the border with Belarus,” the message said.
It should be reminded that earlier the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Poland explained that the ban on the movement of trucks from the Russian Federation and Belarus was necessary for reasons of public safety.
On May 29, Warsaw added 365 citizens of Belarus to the list of people who are undesirable to stay in Poland.
Polish President Andrzej Duda signed a law establishing a state commission to investigate Russian influence in Poland in 2007-2022.
