China says it is ready to work to resolve “crisis in Ukraine”

The Chinese official commented in this way on the Danish proposal to hold a peace summit in Ukraine in July and invite India, China and Brazil to it.

He noted that at the moment there is no information about such a meeting. In addition, Mao emphasized that “on the Ukrainian issue, China is committed to promoting peace talks and a political settlement.”

“We are ready to cooperate with the international community and continue to play a constructive role in promoting a political solution to the ‘crisis in Ukraine’,” the spokesman assured.
