US national security adviser Jack Sullivan said that Ukraine is ready to accept such conditions, because the Ukrainians have already adhered to them, using Western weapons.
According to the US, they confirmed participation in the “coalition of fighters,” Sullivan said.
According to him, in the coming months, the United States and allies will discuss when and in what quantity Ukraine will receive modern F-16s.
Recently, the Prime Ministers of the Netherlands and Great Britain agreed to work on the formation of an international coalition of fighters for Ukraine.
The F-16s were built to take down the bad guys. Their time has come!,” Defense Minister Aleksey Reznikov wrote today in his social networks.
He stressed that Ukrainian pilots are looking forward to the start of training on the F-16.
Reznikov added, “It seems that Santa still exists” and recalled his New Year’s Eve video, in which he wrote Santi’s appeal with a request to provide Ukraine with more weapons, including aircraft.
Rakurs wrote that President Joe Biden informed G7 leaders on May 19 that the United States would support a joint effort with allies and partners to train Ukrainian pilots on the F-16.
