The National Resistance Center said it was a Yug-Ahmat motorized rifle battalion.
The Russian Federation has deployed detachments of “Kadyrovites” in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region. The Center for National Resistance (CNS) reported this on Friday, May 19.
In the Zaporozhye region, the presence of invaders from the personal detachments of the Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov was recorded, the CNS notes.
In addition, the report says that a motorized rifle battalion Yug-Akhmat is deployed in the part of the region temporarily occupied by the Russians.
As previously reported, on the evening of March 28, Chechen social networks reported that in Gudermes, unknown persons allegedly attacked the department of internal affairs in the region. Local media reported that a large column of Kadyrovites was immediately dispatched to the scene from Grozny, blocking all roads. In the fight, Kadyrovites shot and killed two men who allegedly attacked.
It was previously reported that Ramzan Kadyrov responded directly to the attack on a police station in Chechnya, as he may be concerned about the stability of his authoritarian rule.
