The Ukrainian army already uses long-range Storm Shadow cruise missiles donated by the UK. This is what the British Minister of Defense, Ben Wallace, said, according to Sky News on Thursday, May 18.
“All I can say is that, as I understand it, they (Storm Shadow missiles – ed.) were used after we announced their delivery to Ukraine. But I will not go into further details,” – said the head of the defense department .
Wallace also added that the weapons systems provided to Ukraine from Western allies are “powerful” and “made a difference.”
Remember, on May 11, the UK confirmed the transfer of Storm Shadow to Ukraine. Shortly thereafter, there were explosions at Russian bases in Lugansk.
Russian propaganda then claims that Storm Shadow missiles were used, and claims that one of them was shot down.
