Kazakhstan and China agree on visa-free travel

The signing of the agreement will give impetus to the “strengthening of close cooperation” between Kazakhstan and China.

During Kazakh President Kasim-Jomart Tokayev’s state visit to China, 23 documents were signed, including an agreement between the governments of Kazakhstan and China on mutual exemption from visa requirements. This was reported by the press service of the President of Kazakhstan.

It is noted that a citizen’s passport and a certificate of return to Kazakhstan will be valid travel documents for Kazakhstanis.

And for Chinese citizens – a semi-service passport of a PRC citizen, a passport of a PRC citizen, a temporary travel document.

Recall that the Russian Federation has canceled the visa regime for citizens of Georgia.

It was also reported that the European Parliament supported a visa-free regime with Kosovo.
