According to ASTRA sources, on the night of May 16, residents of the village of Tarutino, Zhukovsky District, Kaluga Region allegedly “saw the crash of an unknown aircraft followed by an explosion.”
Telegram channel Shot claims that a Soviet Tu-141 Strizh crashed near Kaluga. The Russians say that “the Armed Forces of Ukraine transformed the drone into a kamikaze drone, took all the equipment from it and installed explosives, submunitions and an additional fuel tank.”
“The flight range of such a UAV is 1000 km,” the channel wrote.
