The head of GUR explained that the leader of Chechnya was sick, so he was taking drugs as an anesthetic, but now “a problem arose.”
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is experiencing health problems and is addicted to drugs. This was said by the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense Kirill Budanov in an interview with blogger Sergei Ivanov, reports Inside.
The head of GUR answered the question why Kadyrov “visually changed”. According to him, although he received the relevant reports, he, Budanov, “is not a doctor” and cannot name the diagnosis. However, the head of Ukrainian intelligence noted that Kadyrov has health problems, which he tries to “periodically treat” in Russia with the help of doctors from other countries.
According to him, the leader of Chechnya has “problems with excessive drug use.”
“Kadyrov has health problems, including problems with excessive use of drugs, which he first insisted on using as doping, then as painkillers, and then a problem appeared,” explained Budanov.
As we have already written, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate said that in mid-May, the Russian group on the territory of Ukraine was almost 400 thousand people.
