Residents say two civilians were wounded, but they are not reporting military casualties.
It will be recalled that on Friday night there were reports of explosions in occupied Lugansk. Later it became known that the incident took place on the territory of the machine-building plant.
Also in Lugansk, they announced the injury of State Duma deputy Viktor Vodolatsky. At the same time, his video is safe and sound on the network after the explosion.
