Sappers demonstrate the removal of a 500-kilogram bomb

The State Emergency Service states that since the beginning of the great war in the Zaporozhye region, more than three thousand ammunitions have been destroyed.

Sappers of the State Emergency Service (GSChS) removed a 500-kilogram aerial bomb, launched by Russian war criminals in a front-line city in the Zaporozhye region. The State Emergency Service reported this on Tuesday, May 9.

“This is a titanic act of pyrotechnicians who every day, without fail, destroy explosive objects. Seize and remove the munitions that pose a mortal danger to civilians,” the report said.

The State Emergency Service noted that since the start of Russia’s all-out war against Ukraine, more than three thousand ammunitions found in the controlled part of the region have been destroyed in the Zaporozhye region alone.

Recall that a rescue team in the Kherson region came under enemy fire on Saturday, May 6. Six specialists died, two more people were wounded.
