In Switzerland, about 130 cases of possible evasion of sanctions against the Russian Federation were discovered. This is what the head of the State Secretariat for the Economy of Switzerland, Helene Budliger-Artieda, said in an interview with Tages-Anzeiger.
“Today there are 130 suspicious cases. In 29 cases they violate the administrative-criminal, 14 of them have legal consequences,” he said.
In 36 cases there are no grounds for opening proceedings, in other cases the investigation is still ongoing.
Recall that the European Commission has already completed the development of the 11th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation, which will focus on strengthening the effectiveness of previous restrictions, and will also include issues of exports to Russia.
It is believed that the EU will have time to introduce 11 packages of sanctions before the end of May.
