This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on May 7.
The Russian occupiers continue, under the pretext of evacuating civilians, to take out the looted property from the front-line settlements of the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region. So, in Mikhailovka, the evacuation of all property was recorded along with employees of enemy financial institutions in cars stolen from local residents, the report says.
In addition, 15 buses arrived in Dniprorudnoye to evacuate representatives of the Russian occupation administrations and the so-called “people’s militia” along with their families.
Servicemen of the Russian occupation forces are massively robbing stores with office equipment and stealing cars, the General Staff noted.
Recall that on Friday the Russians told people to leave 18 settlements, including Energodar near the ZNPP. The evacuation was explained by “tightening the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
According to Ivan Fedorov, on the road from Melitopol to the Crimea, “crazy queues” formed from cars standing there for hours. The mayor suggests that Russia may resort to provocations.
In Energodar, meanwhile, fuel has run out since yesterday at gas stations, ATMs do not work. The internet also went down.
The staff serving the Zaporozhye NPP remains in place, despite the evacuation of Energodar residents. However, IAEA experts noticed an increase in military presence and activity near the nuclear power plant.
