In Mikhailovka, Zaporozhye region, evacuation of all property was recorded including employees of enemy financial institutions in cars stolen from local residents.
The Russians continue to take stolen property from the occupied part of the Zaporozhye region under the guise of evacuation, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The Russian invaders continued, under the guise of the evacuation of civilians, to take the stolen property from the front-line settlements of the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region. So, in Mikhailovka , the evacuation of all property was recorded with employees of enemy financial institutions in cars stolen from local residents. To evacuate representatives of the Russian occupation administrations and the so-called “militia town” along with their families. Servicemen of the Russian occupation forces are extensively looting office supplies stores and stealing cars,” the General Staff said in a statement.
It will be recalled that on May 6, the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, said that the Russian “evacuation” from the occupied part of the Zaporozhye region was too fast, and huge queues formed at the Chongar checkpoint on the road from Melitopol to Crimea.
Deputy Defense Minister Vladimir Gavrilov believes that Russia will be in trouble if the Ukrainian counter-offensive begins.
