This was announced today, May 6, on the government website.
With this chatbot, in particular, you can:
- find housing in a new region;
- find out what documents are required to apply for IDP status;
- find out how and where to get help, addresses and phone numbers of TSNAPs, etc.
For convenience, all information in the chat is grouped into relevant sections.
The application provides information about four cities:
- Kyiv;
- Lvov;
- Ivano-Frankivsk;
- Chernivtsi.
This list is planned to be expanded in the future.
