Today, on May 5, SE NNEGC Energoatom, the IAEA and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs signed a trilateral cooperation agreement. On behalf of Energoatom, the contract was signed by the Company’s Vice President Hartmut Jakob in Kyiv, and the partners in Vienna. This was reported by the press service of Energoatom.
The document grants France assistance to Energoatom in purchasing spare parts for diesel generators through the IAEA. Hartmut Jakob emphasized that “for Energoatom, the cooperation with the French government is important and meaningful, as it will help the Company to complete the equipment, which is extremely important for the safety of nuclear power plants.”
