Recall that earlier the head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kirill Budanov, said that the preparation for the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “follows the plan”, but he will not voice the plans for its implementation. Kurt Volker, the former special representative of the US State Department for Ukraine, said that Ukraine needs to isolate Crimea from Russia now, cutting off the logistical ties of the peninsula with the territory of the Russian Federation.
