According to the investigation, on May 2, 2023, Russian troops shelled the city of Kherson and several villages in the Belozersky community of the region. Three residents of the area were killed and five others were injured. According to preliminary data, the occupiers shelled the civilian population and launched airstrikes. Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged, including residential buildings, utility rooms and vehicles.
The head of the Kherson OVA, Alexander Prokudin, specified that the villages of Kizomis and Gigantskoe were fired at the settlement of Belozersky.
It will be remembered that in the past day, Russian troops fired 56 times in the Zaporozhye region, four civilians were injured.
