President Volodymyr Zelensky held a regular meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander. This was reported on the website of the head of state on Friday, April 21.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny reported the current situation on the battlefield. Special attention was paid to the difficult areas of the front – the areas of Bakhmut, Avdeevka, Maryinka in the Donetsk region.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, informed the participants of the meeting about the enemy’s plans for the near future.

The meeting participants reviewed the provision of troops with weapons and ammunition, as well as their distribution to units. Separately, the participants considered the issues of staffing and equipment of the brigades.
In addition, Stavka members continue to consider the issue of establishing the production of missiles and ammunition by domestic enterprises and increasing the efficiency of armor repair, artillery and other weapons.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense said that the enemy “somewhere” was advancing on Bakhmut. At the same time, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine makes decisions according to the benefit of the military.
