The Minister of Defense compared them to a “sniper rifle on wheels” and thanked French colleague Sebastien Lecorne, French President Emmanuel Macron and the people of France for this technique.

According to media reports, Paris was first to transfer 14 AMX-10 RCs, and a total of about 40 vehicles are expected to be transferred.
French-made AMX 10-RC armored vehicles (GIAT) can also be used for infantry fire support during combat, the armored vehicle can effectively hide in difficult terrain. The AMX-10 RC is armed with a 105mm threaded 105/47 F2 MECA tank gun capable of firing at a range of up to 2,000 meters.
