At the same time, the head of intelligence refused to say where this invader was. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense also noted that such cases of crimes are “isolated.”
“But going back to the first part of your question: where is he and why am I telling you that I cannot answer you. There are slightly different statistics. Somehow it happened that almost all those who did such things, where it is clearly known to us, they are gone. Therefore, I do not think that this year will be an exception, “explains Budanov.
He also answered a clarifying question about whether intelligence “helped” it.
“It just happened,” said the head of Ukrainian intelligence.
