Ukraine and Romania are holding the First Black Sea Security Conference in Bucharest as part of the work of the International Crimean Platform. This was reported by the Ukraine Media Center.
More than 200 experts, politicians and government officials from around the world gathered in the Romanian capital to discuss the challenges facing the countries of the Black Sea region due to the aggression of the Russian Federation.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba reportedthat he spoke to his Romanian counterpart Bogdan Aurescu. One of the topics of discussion was the strengthening of security in the Black Sea region.
“We discussed several bilateral and regional issues aimed at strengthening security in the Black Sea region and beyond,” he said.

It was also reported that the second Parliamentary Summit of the Crimean Platform will be held in the fall in Prague.
