The main evidence of the Kremlin’s final defeat is the restoration of Ukraine, including infrastructure, housing stock. This was announced on Wednesday, April 12, by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
He said that he took part in an international meeting dedicated to the financial support of Ukraine with the finance ministers of several countries and the heads of international financial institutions – the IMF, the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and others.
At the same time, the main topic of the meeting was the restoration of Ukraine after the end of the war.
Zelensky stressed that the newly rebuilt Ukraine would be “quite concrete proof of the complete disappearance of the terrorist state.”
He emphasized that the country must be rebuilt, including with the money of Russia itself, its officials, who enriched themselves in the war.
“Russia’s assets must be used to recover from aggression. The war must be the most expensive for the aggressor. And we are doing everything for this,” the president insisted.
Recall that Ukraine is creating an international coalition for the return of orphans from the Russian Federation.
