The guide will help potential adoptive parents and carers to quickly get advice and help from specialists.
The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has created an online directory of timely contact details of all regional services for children in Ukraine.
The directory was created due to the fact that due to the war in Ukraine, the contact details of representatives of services for children responsible for adoption, care or protection, temporary placement and foster fatherhood have changed.
The directory was created within the framework of the program “Rinat Akhmetov – to children. Not to the orphanage!”
From the guide for each region of Ukraine you can find out:
– personal numbers of fixed/mobile phones/e-mail addresses of specialists;
– what forms of devices are active in the area;
– what forms of devices are suspended in the region;
– telephone hotline, which can be called about the work of children’s services in the region.
So far, the directory already contains data on the regions of Chernivtsi, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil. New regions will be gradually added.
Program “No to orphanhood!” was launched by the Akhmetov Foundation on June 1, 2008.
Recall that since the beginning of the war, SCM businesses, along with the authorities, have launched a humanitarian project, Save a Life.
