It was noticed today at about 11.40 near the village of Yangelevka, Zolochiv district, three cars collided: a Mercedes Benz Actros truck driven by a 56-year-old man, DAF trucks driven by a 47-year-old resident of Rivne region and a Toyota Camry car driven by a 61-year-old resident of Kiev.
The driver of the car died from his injuries at the scene. The driver of the Mercedes Benz Actros and the passenger of the Toyota Camry, a 61-year-old woman from Kiev, were hospitalized.
The perpetrator of the accident faces from three to eight years in prison with or without revocation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.
