One of the most anticipated releases of the year is “Barbie”, a live-action film about the most famous doll in the world, which is scheduled to premiere on July 20, exclusively in theaters. 1. Odile and Rothbart (Barbie and Swan Lake)
Rothbart alongside his daughter Odile are the great villains of “Barbie and Swan Lake”. While the man spared no effort in wiping out the Enchanted Forest after not being elected as the ruler, the woman was equally evil, being a big fan of evil schemes, as well as being spoiled and ungrateful.
2. Duchess Rowena (Barbie and The 12 Dancing Princesses)
Rowena was handpicked by King Randolph to teach his daughters etiquette. However, the last thing she did was teach the girls good manners, as she always acted mean, brutish and greedy.
3. Gothel (Barbie as Rapunzel)
In “Barbie as Rapunzel”, Gothel kidnaps Rapunzel and places her in a tower after not having her feelings for Wilhelm, the girl’s father, returned. During the time that the girl is trapped, the villain lies to her saying that she found her abandoned, while making Rapunzel perform numerous tasks in her favor.
4. Preminger (Barbie in The Princess and the Pauper)
Preminger is Queen Genevieve’s adviser in “Barbie in The Princess and the Pauper”. He dreams of one day being part of royalty and, therefore, plans to steal all the gold in the kingdom, in addition to also devising a terrible plan to kidnap Princess Anneliese and prevent her marriage to a prince.
5. Laverna (Barbie Fairytopia)
Laverna was evil by nature, and had a completely dark view of the world. In “Barbie Fairytopia”, she manages to trick her twin sister that she would like to reconcile, only to manage to poison her. Afterwards, she creates an evil plan to steal the powers of Fairytopia’s guardians all for herself, possessing an uncontrollable thirst for power.
