“Three foreigners were identified – citizens of the Republic of Colombia and one of the EU states, who specifically came to Russia to conduct a multi-stage drug campaign. During the arrest without hands, 699 kg of cocaine was found among cartel members who arrived in Russia. According to experts, the wholesale value of the seized cargo on the Russian black market exceeded 2.5 billion rubles (more than 30 million dollars – ed.),” said of the report.

A criminal case was initiated against three foreign drug dealers, they were taken into custody. They face up to 20 years in prison.
