In one of the villages in Buryatia, a planned burning of dry grass was carried out under the supervision of rescuers.
In Buryatia, in the village of Solontsy, firefighters accidentally set fire to half of the village when they were burning dry grass as planned. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.
This process is supervised by representatives of the local administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. After the task was completed, the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispersed. Then the fire broke out again and quickly spread to the residential buildings.
“The administration did not think about safety and did not lay the necessary mineralized strip (which hinders the movement of the fire). Many buildings were able to burn,” the newspaper writes.
The local authorities gave “generous” compensation to the victims of the fire – boards for repairs and ten thousand rubles for expenses.
Earlier it was reported that in Voronezh they reported an explosion at an aircraft factory. And in Crimea, they reported a huge fire.
