Thus, footage of a fire was circulated on local public pages, which reportedly started at the site of a plant that was fulfilling orders from the Russian Ministry of Defense. Also posted a picture of a long trail in the sky.
At the same time, the city hall denies everything. They said they did not record an emergency. The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for Voronezh Region also reported that there were no calls from fire and rescue units.
