This was announced today, April 5, at a joint press conference with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in Warsaw, President of Poland Andrzej Duda said, the Ukrinform agency reports.
Zelensky and his wife are on an official visit to Poland today. In addition to the meeting with Duda, meetings are also planned with the heads of the Polish government Mateusz Morawiecki, business representatives, Ukrainians and Poles in the Royal Castle.
Recall that a few days ago, the head of the Office of International Policy of the President of Poland, Marcin Przydacz, said that this country had already transferred four MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine. In general, Ukraine is expected to receive 33 MiG-29 aircraft from Poland and Slovakia, of which 13 will be provided by Slovakia.
