Trump has denied all accusations, pleading not guilty. He was released from custody without any restrictions.

In a post on his Truth Social upon his return to Florida, Trump confirmed that he would give a speech at 8:15 pm local time and called the court hearing “shocking.”

“Virtually every legal expert says there is no business here,” he wrote, adding that he did nothing illegal.
