Naryshkin was noted to have arrived at Lukashenka’s residence, the Freedom Palace in Minsk, on the morning of April 4.
The meeting was also attended by the chairman of the KGB of Belarus, Ivan Tertel.
During the meeting, Lukashenka announced the “very serious threat.”
