The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) made an administrative report on a conflict of interest related to the mayor of Ternopil Serhiy Nadal. This was reported by the press service of the department.

According to the State Bureau of Investigation, a fine of UAH 1,700 to UAH 3,400 is issued for not notifying a person in cases and in the manner prescribed by law that he has a real conflict of interest. For taking actions or making decisions in conditions of a real conflict of interest – a fine from 3400 to 6800 Hryvnia.
