The court took into custody with the alternative of making UAH 6.71 million bail the former Director of Legal Affairs of the State Enterprise Antonov. This was reported by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP).
“If the bail is paid, he will be entrusted with the following duties: to arrive at any request to a detective, prosecutor or court, to report a change in his place of residence and place of work, to refrain from communicating to other suspects in the case and witnesses, to deposit in the appropriate passports for travel abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine,” the statement said.
Recall, on March 10, NABU detectives notified about the suspicion of embezzlement and conspiracy to embezzle more than UAH 18 million of state business funds and drawing deliberately false documents of the former director of legal work of the Antonov state enterprise and the director of the lawyer’s association.
Earlier, the SBU announced the suspicion of the former leaders of Antonov, whose actions led to the destruction of the AN-225 Mriya aircraft.
