In an evening video message to the countrymen on Friday, March 31, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that all war criminals should be justly punished.

“The main word today is justice. Justice is for our state, for all our people who lost their relatives, loved ones, lost their health, home, normal life because of the invasion of Russia, because of fear, the fear of the occupier,” Zelensky said.

The President spoke about the events dedicated to the anniversary of the liberation of Bucha.
