Half of the respondents believe that Ukraine’s victory in the war with Russia will come before the end of 2023.
More than 90% of Ukrainian citizens believe in victory in the war with Russia. This was announced on Friday, March 31, by the director of the sociological service of the Razumkov Center Andrey Bychenko during the presentation of the study, which was broadcast on Youtube.
According to him, only 93% of respondents believe in the success of Ukraine, of which 79.5% are absolutely sure of it, and 13.5% are somewhat confident.
“After this victory came, citizens also show remarkable optimism. Half of the respondents believe that Ukraine’s victory in this war will come before the end of this year,” said Bychenko.
In addition, 26% of respondents believe that success will be in 1-2 years, another 7.5% – that in 3-5 years, and 1% think that it will come no earlier than five years.
The survey was conducted from February 22 to March 1 among 2020 respondents over 18 years of age in all controlled regions of Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that the majority of Ukrainians (87%) are not ready for any territorial concessions to the Russian Federation, even if it means the continuation of the war.
