He has traditionally accused Ukraine of allegedly “failing to defy its Western handlers.”
“He (China’s peace plan” – ed.) is not something that has been put on hold. There are also some provisions that, let’s say, cannot be realized at the moment due to the inability of the Ukrainian side to disobey their supervisors, their commanders, “- said Peskov.
According to him, “these commanders, as we know, they are not in Kyiv and insist on continuing the war.”
Peskov also considers it inappropriate to compare the two sets of ideas for a peaceful agreement proposed by the leader of the PRC, Xi Jinping, and the formal leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.
“We hardly think it is appropriate to compare these two sets of ideas, I mean the one that President Xi is voicing and the one that Lukashenka is talking about now,” the Kremlin spokesman said.

And the Office of the President of Ukraine emphasized that Kyiv’s position is known to everyone – the withdrawal of all Russian invaders from the 1991 borders.
