Quasi-judges in the so-called “DNR” are trying to “stitch” a case on the alleged murder of a resident of Mariupol to a Ukrainian.
The so-called “Supreme Court of the DPR” on Tuesday, March 28, sentenced a Ukrainian defender from the Azov regiment to 20 years in prison. A pseudo-judicial instance accused him of allegedly “murdering a resident of Mariupol.” This was stated by the Russian propaganda news agency TASS in connection with the press service of the so-called “Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office”.
Ukrainian Dmitry Smitiy was found guilty by protégés of the occupation regime who were said to be “guilty of murder”, as well as “treatment of the civilian population and the use of prohibited means and methods in an armed conflict.”
Russian propagandists said that “on March 25, 2022, Smitiy opened fire from an AK-74 assault rifle with a silencer near house No. 17 on Azovstalskaya Street in Mariupol, where the military position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
They claim that the Ukrainian fighter was allegedly “shot in the back by an unarmed local resident.” The media tries to assure the readers that the “killing” happened due to the fact that the woman made a “rebuke for her rude attitude”, and also because of her high (enthusiastic) attitude towards the “liberators ” of Russia.
A pseudo-court “sentenced” a Ukrainian to 20 years in prison in a strict regime colony.
As we have already reported, the border guards of the Lugansk detachment captured a “Wagnerian” in the direction of Bakhmut after a Russian military group tried to breach the Ukrainian defenses.
In addition, earlier it was reported that near Avdiivka, National Guard scouts, carrying out a task, captured a “Wagnerian”.
