Irina Nikorak became a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada instead of Mikhail Zabrodsky, who resigned.
This decision was taken by the CEC.
The commission considered the decision and recognized Irina Nikorak, who follows the candidate’s order (No. 26 on the electoral list of the European Solidarity party), as an elected people’s deputy in the said elections in the nationwide multi-member constituency, the CEC said in a statement.
Nikorak is a member of the Kyiv City Council. According to the UP, she is close to the scandalous developer of the ex-people’s deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life, Vadim Stolar.
In 2018, Nikorak was held liable for late submission of the declaration without good reason. In 2017, she did not vote on 54% of issues, and also missed 40% of commission meetings and 25% of sessions.
In 2016, Nikorak missed 27% of the commission’s meetings in a year.
In 2015, he was elected a deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the BPP “Solidarity”, district 64 (Obolonsky district).
In the same year, according to the declaration, there were 1814 m² of real estate.
On March 20, the Rada prematurely terminated the powers of People’s Deputy Zabrodsky from the European Solidarity faction.
The Lieutenant General is returning to military service – they plan to appoint him as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
Zabrodsky was the first deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence.
