Russia began to regularly receive Shahed UAVs – British intelligence

Since the beginning of March, the Russian army has launched more than 70 Iranian drones at targets in Ukraine.

Russia has likely begun regularly receiving small shipments of Iranian-made Shahed UAVs. It is stated in analysis UK Ministry of Defence, published on March 26.

According to British intelligence, since the beginning of March this year, Russia has launched at least 71 Shahed drones against targets in Ukraine. It was noted that the strikes followed a two-week pause in attacks.

“Russia has apparently begun to regularly resupply a small number of Shahed UAVs,” the military said.

They added that the Russians launch Shahed from two directions: from the Krasnodar Territory and the Bryansk Oblast, which allows them to target a wide sector of Ukraine and reduces the flight time to targets in the north of the country.

Recall that on the night of March 24, the Russian army attacked the region of Sumy and Krivoy Rog in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The enemy used missiles, aerial bombs and Shahed drones.
