The Russians launched three missile attacks on the territory of the Avdeevka Coke and Chemical Plant. In Avdiivka itself, two people died over the past day, according to the head of the Donetsk OVA Pavel Kirilenko.

    Muscovites also bombed Kramatorsk.

The Russian army wants to push through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and surround Avdiivka.

The enemy is targeting shops, relief centers and public utilities. There has been no electricity, water and heat in Avdiivka for almost a year now. The last light was on May 14, 2022, – said Alexander Tarnavsky, commander of the Tavria operational-strategic grouping of troops.

The occupiers are attempting assault actions, shelling residential buildings and want to push through our defenses in order to encircle the city.

About 2,000 people remain in the city and refuse to leave. People live in basements, Tarnavsky said.
