“As I understand it, at the time of the accident, the deputy pulled him about 50 meters. The shoes were on one side, the body was on the pedestrian crossing. The sneakers were on the right, the body was on the left, at a great distance,” said the woman.
A relative of the deceased suggested that the representative of the people could drive the car very fast.
“There is reason to believe that the speed was high. The car was battered, the radiator was leaking. The accident happened at 7:30 p.m., the body lay there until one in the morning, while the forensic experts and everything arrived. When we stood up to the dead. , the deputy expressed his condolences,” he added.
