The reason for the murder was a quarrel: there was a conflict between two men on the territory of the local garden society.
The body of a 36-year-old man with bound feet was found in a lake in Borispol district of Kyiv region. The police arrested three suspects. This was announced by Kyiv regional police chief Andrey Nebitov on his Telegram channel.
Law enforcement officials established that on the eve of a conflict and a fight arose between two men on the territory of the local garden society. Because of this, one of them hit his counterpart several times with an ax on the head.
The attacker along with two accomplices tied the hands and feet of the victim. After that, they took the deceased to the lake in a cart and dumped him in a reservoir.
Three suspects, aged 39 to 48, are in a temporary detention center. They are residents of Cherkasy, Volyn and Donetsk regions.
Offenders chose a measure of restraint – arrest.
The men for this crime now face up to 15 years or life in prison.
Remember that in the Carpathian region a woman killed her children and tried to commit suicide.
It was previously reported that a court in the Kiev region convicted a 19-year-old boy of ordering the killing of his father.
