In the Kherson region on March 13, a car driver was killed after crashing into a mine. It was reported by the Office of the Attorney General.
It was noted that a resident of the Mykolaiv region, moving outside the village of Posad-Pokrovskoe, Kherson region, ran into an anti-tank mine in his own car. From a mine-explosive injury and multiple leg wounds, he died on the spot.
“Under the leadership of the procedure of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings was launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, accompanied by planned murder,” the report said.
